My Journey into Custom Guitar Frames
Finding Inspiration
Music, and guitars in particular, have been a central part of my entire life. But my true inspiration and love for guitars came from my father, Jimmy Bryant. Throughout his life he went through an impressive array of guitars…a lot!
My father was known by many as one of the greatest guitar players, his journey with music stretching all the way back to his childhood days in Moultrie, Georgia. Watching him play and seeing how much joy his instruments brought not only to our family but to everyone who heard him, made a lasting impression on me. Now, creating custom guitar frames has become a way of honoring his legacy and keeping his name alive.
The Birth of an Idea
The idea for building my first custom guitar frame came to me when I noticed how many of my father's guitars—as well as my guitar friends—boringly hung their guitar from a hook on the wall. Standard guitar mounts don’t enhance the personality or story behind each instrument, especially the guitars that carried such personal history. I wanted something more—a way to showcase guitars as a piece of art, tributes to the hands that played them. That’s when I decided to design and craft a new type of engineered steel guitar frame that could enhance my home and place focus on something I love, my father’s guitars.
Taking the First Step
Starting this business was both exciting and fun. Too many trips to Home Depot and Lowe’s for sure. But as I was walking all of the isles to get ideas, I loved imagining every part and detail I would need for my project. I didn’t want to build a wooden box to put my guitars on a wall, I wanted something completely new, something solid, so I engineered a frame in my head as I kept adding items into my cart.
Lessons Learned
This journey has taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and sincere desire that to keep my father’s name alive. I love being in my garage listening to music as I work. Building custom guitar frames is more than a business; it’s a way to connect with people who love music and guitars as much as I do. Each frame is a testament to the power of personal expression and the joy of turning a vission into something meaningful I can share with others.

I’m excited to continue growing this business, experimenting with new designs, and sharing other stories about my father.
